Knot Studio is registered in Australia under ABN 12109469898 and operates from our workshop in Sydney, Australia.

It is very important to us that our customers are happy with our products and we will always ensure to find a quick and easy solution to any problem that may arise. But in order to be clear and fair, we have put together some helpful guidelines.

 

Pricing

All items are priced and processed in AU$

Additional charges apply for delivery / freight and installation.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Orders

An email will be sent to you with confirmation of your order.

All product specifications, terms and conditions and product information must be read and understood by client before proceeding.

We will proceed with your order as per your order confirmation unless we receive written notification of any requested changes within 24 hours.

All Knot Studio products are custom made to order.

Changes to confirmed orders must be sent in writing. We can not guarantee that the requested changes can be made but we will do our best. Changes may incur extra fees.

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled during the production stage.

 

Lead Times

Lead times will vary depending on the item ordered and quantity specified. Lead times can be found on each products page. These do not include shipping times.

 

Payment

Full payment is required when purchasing our products online. Knot Studio accept payment by credit card, Visa and Mastercard.
